Meet Sarah
I believe that therapy works best when it feels like a genuine, collaborative relationship. My approach blends depth and practicality—I’m here to help you explore patterns, regulate your nervous system, and create sustainable change in your life and relationships. People often describe me as grounded, curious, and compassionate. Whether we’re working through grief, ADHD, relationship patterns, depression, anxiety or burnout, my goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself and the life you’re creating.
✨ Curious to see if we’re a good fit?
You’re welcome to schedule a free 15-minute consultation so we can answer your questions, get a sense of our vibe together, and see if it feels like the right match. -

ADHD
Living with ADHD isn’t about trying harder—it’s about finding ways that work with your brain, not against it. My approach blends coaching and psychology, nervous system regulation, and practical strategy to help you build systems that support focus, self-trust, and follow-through. Together, we’ll work on the habits and mindsets that make everyday life feel more possible—and even enjoyable.
✨ You can choose to explore this work in a coaching format or a psychotherapy format, depending on your goals and what feels most supportive.

Relationships & Couples
Relationships are living systems—they evolve, stretch, and sometimes ache as we grow. My work with couples and relationships is grounded in compassion, communication, and curiosity. I work with all constellations of love—queer, polyamorous, open, monogamous, co-parenting, long-term, or newly forming partnerships. Together, we’ll explore patterns of connection and disconnection, deepen emotional attunement, and build tools for communication that honor each person’s needs and nervous system.
You can choose to meet in a regular biweekly rhythm or design a more immersive relationship intensive, where we meet for a three-hour block or over the course of a weekend.

Liberation & Lived Context
Our healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens within systems, histories, and cultures that shape how we see ourselves and one another. I believe therapy can help us recognize these frames: where privilege and oppression live in our stories, where we’ve had to adapt to survive, and where we might begin to choose differently.
As a white, queer, cis woman, I hold awareness of my own social and political positioning, as well as the broader mental health field and its place within cultural systems. As part of my ongoing learning, I seek out teachers and voices who experience the world differently than I do, expanding my understanding of identity, power, and liberation.
In this work, we bring awareness to both personal and collective narratives—so you can decide how you want to be in relationship with yourself, others, and the world.

ADHD Coaching
ADHD coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you work with your brain, not against it. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, build supportive systems, and develop strategies that bring more ease, focus, and follow-through to daily life. Sessions are practical and compassionate—rooted in curiosity, not shame—and available as 45-minute, hour-long appointments or customized coaching intensives for deeper support.

Relationships are where our deepest patterns—and our greatest potential—live. Whether you’re seeking to reconnect, navigate a rupture, or strengthen communication, our work together creates space to slow down, attune, and rebuild trust and intimacy.
I offer both hour-long sessions and relationship intensives designed for deeper exploration. Intensives are extended blocks of time (3–6 hours or a weekend format) that allow couples or families to do focused, transformative work with room for regulation, repair, and integration.
Every relationship has its own rhythm and story. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck, practice new ways of communicating, and rediscover the connection that brought you here.
